Q) How do I create a BCA One Login?
A) When you login to either BCA Search (Auction View) or BCA Live Online you will be guided through the process for upgrading to a BCA One Login. This will be via easy to follow instructions on the screen, but for further information please click here. If you are busy don't worry as you will be be given 5 skips to upgrade before you will be required to to go through the upgrade process.
Q) What happens if I have forgotten my login details?
- If you have forgotten your BCA Search (Auction View) password not to worry as you can reset at any time by visiting bca.co.uk/reset or email email@example.com.
- If you have a BCA Live Online login and you have forgotten your password you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to reset your password. Please be aware that no password details will be given over the phone.
Q) I've locked myself out of BCA Search (Auction View)
A) You can reset your password at any time by visiting bca.co.uk/reset.
Q) I haven’t received my activation email...what do I do?
A) Please be aware that the Activation Email can take some time to arrive, for some users this can be up to one hour.
Please try to avoid clicking the ‘resend activation email’ in the first hour, as new emails will cancel out existing / pending activation emails, and this could increase your wait time, and result in an error if you do not click the most recent email.
Q) How do I register with BCA?
A) To apply for access to BCA Search or BCA Live Online please visit bca.co.uk/register
Q) Does it matter what browser I am using?
A) We recommend customers use Google Chrome for the best online experience.
Q) What if I have various devices?
A) If you have upgraded and for example go from using your desktop to your mobile device, you will see the old BCA Login screen on your mobile device and you will need to click the Upgraded to a BCA One Login banner and enter your new login details.
Q) I haven't received my verification email to upgrade to BCA One Login
A) Please check that this email hasn't gone into your Junk or Clutter folder. If you still haven't received the email please contact Customer Services on 0333 241 6891 or email email@example.com.
Q) I have a BCA One Login - what now?
A) Next time you log in you will be able to use your new BCA login and you will see a new log in screen. Please enter your new BCA One Login details, and you will then be directed to either BCA Search or BCA Live Online depending on which one you requested to open. If you have upgraded and for example go from using your desktop to your mobile device, you will see the old BCA Login screen on your mobile device and you will need to click the Upgraded to a BCA One Login banner and enter your new login details.
Q) I am unable to log in using my BCA One Login details
