The MyBCA card programme provides a range of benefits for buyers, with these increasing as you purchase more vehicles. The MyBCA card is for professional Motor Trade buyers and is unique in the vehicle remarketing industry. Based on comments and feedback from dealers across the UK, we continue to introduce new and additional benefits for cardholders.

Each card level has a different rate of buyers fee. As you purchase more vehicles you will progress from one card colour to the next. As you step up through the different card levels, you will benefit by receiving a more preferential buyers fee. All vehicles purchased with a minimum value of £100 count toward your annual volume, and therefore card level. This includes cars, light commercials, HGV, motorcycles, caravans and motorhomes, plant and equipment items. Please make sure you always present your card when purchasing at BCA.
Complimentary access to BCA Website
As professional Motor Trade buyers you have complimentary, unrestricted access to our award winning website www.bca.co.uk. You can search and view all stock available within the BCA network 24/7, including enhanced vehicle descriptions and vehicle appraisals with at least 3 images. Also CAP and Glass pricing free of charge. If you do not currently have access the BCA website and would like to register go to the Home page and Register as a trade buyer.
Buy vehicles online with Bid Now, Buy Now as well as Live Online
All Gold, Platinum and Black MyBCA cardholders are eligible to buy in Live Online, Bid Now, and Buy Now sales (subject to normal BCA trading terms). In addition Silver and Blue cardholders can apply to buy online, if a BCA Cheque Account is also held. All buyers wishing to buy online must in the first instance complete the Buy Online application form which can be downloaded here.
Once set up to buy online, you can choose and buy from BCA’s unrivalled selection of vehicles online. Every week we bring you more than 300 different Live Online sales, featuring prime stock for all budgets from leading vendors. Daily Bid Now and Buy Now sales allow you to buy online in weekday auctions or literally purchase stock at a fixed price 24/7.
Remote and Online Payments
As a cardholder, paying for the vehicles you purchase at BCA is easy. You can request invoices to be emailed to you - simply contact the relevant BCA Auction Centre or Card Services.
You can pay your invoice online with your Debit Card by clicking the link in your electronic invoice. This is the quickest way to pay and settle your invoice and is available 24/7. Your payment will be immediately applied to the invoice, releasing your vehicle for collection or delivery where arranged. Maximum transaction limit is £20,000. Alternatively, through your online or telephone banking facility you can make the payment using the secure ‘Faster Payments’ process. Please quote your invoice or account number to help us process your payment without delay. Kindly note that Faster Payments received after 5pm, will be processed on the next working day (Monday - Friday).

Free commission bids
If you hold a BCA Cheque Account or a MyBCA Gold, Platinum or Black cardholder, you can still bid on vehicles even if you can’t attend an auction or participate via BCA Live Online. You can submit commission bids by phone, email or fax to the relevant auction centre on the day before the sale. As a Gold, Platinum and Black card holder you are entitled to use this service totally free of charge. Please ensure you quote your My BCA account number on any commission bids you place.
Free catalogues at all BCA centres are available from either our cashiers or on the rostrum for Gold, Platinum and Black card buyers.
MyBCA Card annual administration fee waived
Any Gold, Platinum and Black card buyer will have the annual MyBCA administration fee of £40 waived for all cardholders automatically.
Pick up and drop off for buyers
We are able to offer a complimentary pick up and drop off service for our buyers from our nearest main line train station or airports on sale days only. To arrange a collection please contact the Transport Manager at the relevant centre. Please note that you will need to give 24 hours notice and this is subject to availability should you require this service.
Black card holders are entitled to complimentary hospitality at any of our UK auctions centres. To redeem this benefit you need to have your MyBCA account card with you and present it and the point of payment. This benefit only applies to person named on the card.
Platinum and Black card buyers are entitled to our VIP Parking facility. To arrange your VIP Parking please contact either the Sales Manager or Operations Manager at the relevant BCA centre. Please note, that on some occasions we may not be able to provide VIP Parking at all our auction centres.
Car Valet Service
Enjoy a complimentary wash and valet for your car whilst you are onsite at any BCA centre, subject to availability. To book your car in please contact the Sales Manager or Operations Manager 24 hours in advance at the relevant centre.
VIP Discount on Auto Retailing

BCA Business Centres
The first centre is located at BCA Measham, with more planned for selected centres. Enjoy a hosted centre, with complimentary refreshments, business news, fax, invoice payment service plus PCs or WiFi so you can carry on working. To gain access to the Centre for the first time, please ask for the Branch or Centre Manager so that you can be provided with an access code. You will also need to have your MyBCA card with you as you will asked for this by the Centre Host.
